My son was born while i was out of the country and his mother put her boyfriends last name down as my sons last name on the birth certificate. Do I have a legal right to have my sons name changed to my last name?

My ex boss and I had a disagreement about a verification issue through email. She was very rude and disrespectful. The following morning my husband who is her current employee called me to tell me that she cc'd him in his email the conversation. Is this a privacy breech? Although, he is my husband, he is a current employee and I am not. This is second time this has happened. The first time with a different employee. Do I have any legal rights here?

in my apartment with no air conditioner. It is very hot and humid in my apartment and it makes me feel as if I want to faint I advised my manager serval times of the situation and all she can say is im calling my boss to see about the ac guy . I went in the other day to speak to the manager to see if the maintance man will be in today and she advised me that he wouldnt so i advised her that i would be moving i really dont want to but it is to hot that i have to. she stated that if i do that i will then be breaking my lease and iowe what ever months are reamining.Is there anything else i can do

I used to work for the park I live in,they paid my rent. I was let go mid month, i contacted the managers boss,On November 2nd. the manager mailed out a 7-day eviction notice to me for non-payment of rent. I am awaiting disability to come in,i can only work 20hrs. max a week. I was not given any time to set-up a payment plan as others here have been able to do. The manager locks the door when she see's me coming to her office. I own the trailer but rent the spot. The eviction notice was not signed by anyone. Is this a Legal notice? I feel this is Retaliation!! what can I do ??

I was charged with a DUI in Pima county. I went before the judge and was told that the case had been dismissed because prosecution was waiting on lab results. The judge told me that the county had 6 months to refile. Is this true?
