QUESTIONS

  • In the city of Phoenix Arizona they are allowed to charge a 2% tax fee on rent. My apartment complex charges 2.3% on every single charge on the bill. My rent is $757 and I pay $17.41 for taxes just on my rent alone. My mailbox is on site but I have to drive 20 minutes and pay $40 to pick up my mailbox key! Even though it's onsite. It's not a P.O Box. They also charge a $21 fee to pay my rent online but they refuse to let us pay any other way than online. When asked if the 2.3% tax is included in property tax the employee agreed it was. Is this legal to keep charging all these fees w/ high tax?

  • If my self and the father of the child have a temporary agreement, and if he has violated the agreement, as far not letting me know where he lives . How likely is the judge to change the agreement? He always wanted to do one week with him and one week with me , the the child is 4yo, would the judge change the agreement?

  • I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. What can I do to get him to stop coming onto the property at will?
