There is a huge tree between my trailer & next door. It was here when I bought trailer. I am told the tree is my responsible, but it is on the trailer courts land. The tree sheds leaves like crazy & we were just informed that it is up to us to rack and throw in trash. We have maintenance here & they do nothing, but ride the little cars the trailer court supplys.What I need to know is it my responsabilty, to rack. I am 64yrs.and not in that good health. Can you let me know if it is up to me to keep tree up or Trailer court. Thank-You RS.

Recently, my husband and i agreed to take in my niece and my great-niece. No my niece is being threatened by the baby's fathers mother for visitation rights. she claims my niece is holding the baby who is eight months old, hostage from her. This woman has never made a single attempt to come visit the child where she now lives. she refuses to accept my nieces offers of visits as long as my niece is there. She wants the baby and I'm afraid she will stop at nothing to take her away from my niece who hasn't done anything wrong.

I am a Registered Nurse and have worked continuously as a RN in the Phoenix area for 37 years. This year a requirement for proof of citizenship is required. I have my Certified birth Certificate but it is not acceptable by the State Board of Nursing because my first and middle names are reversed from what the Arizona State Board of Nursing have on file. The only documentation I received to verify the change was my social security card. I am a Medicare Benificiary and I receive Social Security Benefits. I have been researching the accepted lists for proof of citizenship and find that Arizona states if you have been accepted into the Medicare program no other proof of citizenship is required. I have been a Medicare Benificiary since I was 65, a total of 6 years. However, the Arizona State Board of Nursing lists do not include enrollment in Medicare as proof of Citizenship. What can I do to prove I am a United States Citizen?
