QUESTIONS

  • My father is 94 and is in critical condition. We checked his will for the first time and we have some concerns. His will was made out in 1988 when he was a widower and had 4 adult live children. He since has remarried and lost two children. Is this will null because of the change circumstances?

  • I moved into a condo where the walls are extremely thin. I am a middle unit and have no problems with the unit to my left, but the noise to my right. HOA board members, neighbors, and police officers have been in my unit to witness the noise. The noisy neighbor is a renter. We had a mandatory meeting with myself (owner), the renters, the HOA board,and the other owner, to no avail. The HOA wants me to get incident numbers for every time I make a noise complaint (at least 2x/wk). They say they fine the owner per complaint, but this has been continuous since Nov. It's Aug. What can I d0?
  • I just rented a House in Florence AZ and I recieved a letter of trustee sale or foreclosure. I spoke with the Landlord and his property managment and they want us to stay here. Now the problem is that we were decieved to rent the house. One of the questions ask before the house was rented was if the house was in a foreclosure sale due that the rent was cheap $800. Now the management company is been rude. verbaly and the landlord as well. We told them we want the deposit back and we also told them that we were going to move this month because we do not want to find ourselves in the street when they lock the house. They became extreamly disgruntal about the hole situation, and now the property manager said that she is going to try to get us evicted this week or so, now keep in mind that we paid this month rent already. I need to know what to do cause it is getting very unconfortable. due that I have to little kids living in the house.

  • Ex-wife passed an we shared 50/50 custody of are 2 dauggters, I live in kansas now an her parents hide that death for 24 days to get a jump on temporary custody which has not gone through yet. Trying to hire a lawyer, but in mean time they won't let me speak to them or text back here and there. Tried picking them up an found they took my girls outta country to mexico to their condo. What can be done beside lawyer nobody seems to wanna help, Law say just get a lawyer!
  • My landlord got a judgement against me for unpaid rent in October. I paid the amount in full as stated in the court document by the date stated in the court document. The day I paid was Nov. 2. Now my rent is late for November. He told me if I paid it by the 15th of Nov. He would only charge me a $75 late fee instead of the $15 a day after the 5th he usually charges. I called him on the 15th I didn't have all of the rent. He is now telling me I have 2 days to get out.Does he have to do the eviction process all over again for November's rent?
  • I am the Respondent. I received a "Notice of Resolution Management Conference." (b) says I must comply with all disclosure requirements. I found the Disclosure Statement, but I don't know if I file it with the court or bring it with me to the conference. In my Response paperwork, I thought I read that I do not file it. Thank you
