  • There is a trailer for sleep in a 55+ community. Am i able to purchase the home as remove it from the community to a me plot of land i recently purchased?
  • I live in a Mobile Home Park. I got a sink hole behind my house after a really bad storm. The water pools between the houses and when it drained, you can see the trail of debri that flowed to the back of my house where much of the water washed out the soil and left a big sink hole around my cement slab that my AC sits on. I only rent the lot. Does the park need to fix this problem or am I suppose to fix a new sink hole every time we get a big rain storm?

Entrance into the area is through a gate where the step has eroded away, making for a dangerous entrance, even in the light. Is my landlord required to provide a safe entryway, including lighting?

  • In Arizona the state law requires that a security deposit must be returned within 14 days of the move out date. Does this law still apply if my lease agreement states that the refund will be sent out with in 30 days? Do they still have to provide the refund with in 14 days? or does the lease agreement void that law?
