  • My 6 year old son has to be physically dragged into the Casa De Los Ninos exchange for his visits to his dad's. He starts crying the morning of his visitations. He won't tell anyone anything because he is afraid they will tell his dad. How can I get him an advocate or therapist that can help with this?
  • What does it mean if my parenting time is suspended? What are my rights? And what do I do to get my rights back
  • My daughter works in a fast food place in Mesa, AZ. She does not get lunch or other breaks, during her 8 hour shifts. What can be done about this?
  • My husband was invol in an auto accident and the insurance adjuster thinks it's an open and shut case.He is no help and we'll probably be sued. We ave no money. What do we do? The other party hired a lawyer immediately. What can we do to fight this? We are not admitting guilt but if i goes to trial, what then?
  • I rent a room in my house with only a verbal contract, contract was month by month and only agreement was to pay rent within the first week of the month and to take care of her dogs. In approximate 5 months rent was never paid on time and dogs destroyed other individual property, owner refused responsibility for damage, I asked her to leave the house with a 3 weeks notice and she refused saying she will be out after Christmas. I have texts from her saying she will be late with the rent and witnesses about the damages her dogs caused. Please advise how should I proceed.
  • my wife asked me to leave the house 9 months ago. We now live in 2 different counties. She is very controlling of the time that i can spend with my daughter. So, I would like to go to court in order to let them set up some sort of visitation with my daughter for me, something more concrete than just my ex's wims and how she's feeling on the days I want to see my daughter. How do I go about filing for visitation rights. Please help- I am missing my daughter terribly and I know I should be able to see her. Thank You
  • A friend of mine is about to lose his son. His ex wife is planning on taking his to her home country in Indonesia. He has gone about keeping his son here in the U.S. the legal way through the court of law. The judge is quick to grant her permission on taking their son back to Indonesia without even considering his loss. He fears for his child that is a U.S. citizen going back to a third world country. The judge seems to believe that its best for the child to go back with her. His ex wife has already told him she will be leaving in ten days and he will never see his son again.
  • I have a signed lease that states my rent is $680 for my student apt. Before moving in the apartment was changed and the new rent became $50 more per mo. I paid this, but never signed an adendum to the original lease - this is my first apt rental. Do I have any recourse to ask for the $50/mo back (now totaling $250) since the amount was never part of my lease or because I paid it, does it mean implied acceptance and binding. They are charging me a break lease fee and I'm trying to get them to come down on the amount. I feel I was taken advantage of since I'm young.
  • I am divorced and we have 50/50 custody. However my ex-wife was sexually abused by her father. We currently have it in our parenting plan that he is never to be alone with them. I feel they should never sleep under the same roof as him. My Ex wife thinks it is ok and contually takes the children to his house and spends the night there with them. There have never been any legal actions taken against the abusive father/grandfather. However should I take it further?
  • what steps can a father take when his ex which is the mother of his baby decides she wants to end the relationship n leave the baby with him? And then decides two days later she wants the baby back and calls the police? Does he have to give the baby back? this is the second time the mother has done this so is it abandoment?
