Can I stay longer in a foreclosure property? I am the tenant . The bank is the owner now. I am willing to pay for the extra time until I buy the house, but i need more time, and I dont want to leave. I need four more months. Do I have any rights to stay the extra time?

I'm not happy with my marriage and my husband is saying he is moving out and he is taking our 5 year old from me. Possibly moving to Indiana. My background isn't perfect, mostly drug charges from the past. He will try to use it against me. Can he legally take my son. With out my knowledge. Can I get an annulment if my husband sexually abused his step-daughter (my daughter)? He has not been charged but there is an open case with the city of Phoenix detectives. CPS is also involved. There is an order of protection which he has been served. He has left the state to avoid being questioned and going to jail due to not following the order of protection.

I signed a 7 month lease which was up on July 4th. I asked for an extra month after my lease expired and they said, no problem. I went in to pay this months rent and they ask me to pay almost $300 more for the extra month. I told them I was not told of an increase in rent and I don't have the extra money for this. Is this legal for them to raise the rent without any kind of notice? They also put a 5 day notice on my door.

I have a question concerning FBI federal background checks. Is it true that the state only reports arrests to the FBI if there are fingerprints? If I have a dismissed misdemeanor, which did not require my fingerprints or an arrest, will the record be sent to the FBI?

My daughter works and goes to school to support her family, husband and two children. Her husband (he lost his job) agreed to stay home with the kids while She finishes school (7 more months). Now he says he can get sole custody if they separate because he has been the primary care giver for the last year. Is this true?
