QUESTIONS

  • I need to prepare a writ for the Superior court of Maricopa county. I have a judgment and want the sheriff to go out and seize something. The court keeps sending my packet back to me saying I don't have this or I need that but do not explain how to do it. Very frustrating. The current reject says "....the writ you are submitting to get issued to the Superior Court is the paperwork for a Justice Court". Searched for hours and cannot find any such application for Superior Court on a writ.
  • I have received a Notice of Trustee sale on my condo and that it will be sold at public auction. I don't know what to do.
  • My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.
  • I'm renting a home for the last 7-8 years ,and now I found out its going into foreclosure .Do I still need to pay rent, and would like to know what my options are thank you.
  • what about personal thing left in an automobile, how dose one find out how to get them back?
  • I signed a year lease, and moved into these apartments on 12-14-2012. That lease ended 12-31-2013, but we wanted to stay in the complex, but in a downstairs unit. None were available then, so I signed what should have been a 3 month lease, but when I read it again, it shows the lease started on 4-1-2014, and terminates on 3-31-2015. We finally moved downstairs, and I signed a year lease on 5-19-2014, that terminates on 4-30-2015. My landlord is "renovating" and isn't renewing my lease. However, she has the terminating date as 3-31-2015, which was the old lease's date. What should I do?
  • I have a current custody order. I would like to present new information to the court in an effort to alter the agreement. I can not afford a lawyer. What can I do?
  • How do I file a complaint against a lawyer?
  • Our no fault divorce was just finalized. I learned that she was pregnant is pregnant with another mans child and told me days after the divorce was final. Do I have any recourse? She didn't want me to have joint custody and I have to pay alimony. Now, she's struggling with my 4 kids and I doubt the other guy she was having an affair with will marry her due to the alimony but I believe I would of filed grounds had I known.
  • When does the time to vacate the premises begin after a petition for divorce has been filed and how long does the respondent have to vacate?
