Can my landlord claim any damages and keep my security deposit if the house is in foreclosure?

I had moved out of my house a year ago from my husband. I did not have the money to file for divorce until last week. As of the first of the year 2013 I have had a boyfriend and now my soon to be x is threatening me with adultery. Is this adultery if we have been separated for over a year?

Our original divorce decree did not stipulate payment for secondary education. Can this be modified now that the children are 18 and in college. Child Support payments are still being made.

I have full legal sole custody of my daughter with her father having supervised visitation. He hasn't utilized his visitation in 6 months and hasn't paid child support in 3 years. His parents live in Delaware and visit every 1-2 years. I allow them to see my daughter but she is not comfortable going alone as she barely remembers them when she sees them. His parents are threatening to take me to court, do they have a case even though I let them see her but don't let them take her unsupervised? She is 6.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? My husband was recently arrested for sexually abusing my daughters. He is currently in jail awaiting trial for 3 class 6 felony charges. Of course I want a divorce, but I want to make sure that I proceed in a way that will most benefit my five children. I want to protect them from their father (get sole custody), and I want to do what will help us most financially. So is it best to file divorce papers immediately or to wait until he is convicted? If he is convicted does all of his property revert to me if we are still married? I am thinking long term, I know that I won't be receiving any child support so if the property doesn't revert to me on his conviction, is it likely that courts will give me all the community property in lieu of child support?
