  • I received an immediate eviction for breach of lease agreement that ... involving imminent or actual serious property damage for building unauthorized structures. I had purchased a shed, put a small fence up to be able to easily access the kids bike/dirtbike. I offered to undo it all but received the immediate eviction notice that will be filed in the morning.   • I gave 30 days notice at my apartment on the 15th of March. Upon moving clothes out of a closet found a huge patch of mold on the wall. I do not want to stay there the remaining 15 days of the 30 day notice. Is there a way out of that place and not paying the remaining 15 days rent?   • I'm trying to assist seniors in a mobile park that are being abused by a park manager in one way or another. An 85 yr man got a 24 hr notice to move out due to his caregiver. The notice was hand written and delivered to him by managers husband. Another senior lady was sold a home that had no gas meter and now she cant use stove to cook and has no hot water for bathing. A 61 yr old man was chased down street by managers husband and assaulted. He did go to court and get a restraining order however the park turned around and got one on him which overturned his. Who can help these seniors. Help !
  • My landlord mislead me about the pool having a black stain in the deepest part. The "stain" turned out to be black algae and it spread throughout the pool. I put the landlord on notice and he had the pool drained and treated two days later. However, when I asked him when the pool maintenance would resume, he went crazy and said he was going to evict me and charge me for all of his expenses in repairing the pool. He has threatened me repeatedly out of retaliation for complaining about the pool. Can I terminate the lease because of his repeated threats?
  • My daughter is incarcerated at the Mohave county jail and has been for three or so months. Her attorney filed a rule 11 in her case. What is that? And they are trying to find her incompentate to stand trail. She has a mental disorder and they have her on lock down 24 hours a day. I cant have visits with her at all. And they told me to call first and when I do they say yes she can have a visit but when I get there they (visiting receptionist) tells me sorry the pod or she is on lockdown. what can I do about this?
