Reasonable parenting time for 6 year old

I was charged with a DUI and the judge dismissed it without prejudice, why can the arresting officer refile the same charge?

My home has a lien placed on it from my HOA, my question is, Will the lien ever expire? Can they keep adding interest ? Can I lose my home, over 6000, which mostly are Lawyer fees, this all came about after 2 month late fees, which would be 30.00. At this point, I am barely able to pay bills, which I do, and have for many years, I am stressing over the notion of losing my home? Thank you for any info or help.

We have custody of two of our neices and feel that we should adopt them. We had them for a year and helped the mother get off drugs and returned them to her for a time. We found them in a hotel with her and older man and another girl. The adults were high and the little girls were filthy dirty and asleep. We brought them home and have had them again for 4 months. They are 4 and 3. We feel that we should adopt them and raise them. What do we do to accomplish this?

I've been living in my apartment now since July 2017 it is now November 2017 and the water has been shut off at least once every couple of weeks now and November it's been shut off 3 times and we have no hot water how long how long is the owners allowed to take to fix the problem it's Thanksgiving day and we still have no hot water am I allowed to deduct when I pay a friend to stay at her place for my rent

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?
