  • If I am renting a unit for $550 utilities included. And the day of my son's birthday a real estate agent who claims to be the property manager comes to my door Saying I had to remove my kids portable kiddie pool. It was 6 ft wide 10 in deep. On my porch next to my front door. She serves me for days later with a notice to terminate lease agreement due to material non-compliance. If there's nothing in the least stating I can't use a kiddie pool. Is this document legal?

How long does the law state that she has to come back and claim her belongings before her property is considered abandoned. And then do I legally take ownership of her property?   • Air conditioning has been out for 3 days- rental company will only pay us $30 a day to get a hotel.
