I rented a storage in Goodyear in August of 2015. My payments were up-to-date. The company was sold to another company in May of 2016. On June 8 2016, I was notified that the company was under new management and I was to come in and update my information. On or about June 23,2016,I called the new management to make payment. I was told that my property had been cleaned out by old management back in April 2016. I never moved out of the storage and I was paying on a storage that was now rented out to another. What are my rights. I've lost everything.

We had flooding from recent storm. Walls got wet, carpet got wet, and light fixture not working. Landlord said let dry out and things will be fine. No repairs. Only cut open wall to worst leak and put a dryer in there. No one has come back. That 9/8/14. Today is 9/10/14. Should we give 5 or 10 day notice to fix? It now smells moldy in here, and I have to cook dinner in semi dark. Already frustrated because we have roaches! I have allergies and don't want to be exposed to them or to mold.
