So if I got fired from my job how long does the company legally have to pay me my last check?

I have court order establishing visitaion from Texas. However, I recently moved to AZ where my son lives. I want to modify the order. Should I go through the AZ or TX courts? What do paperwork do I need to file? I can not afford a lawyer.

My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

My ex husband is in jail in pa for attempted homicide. As we were married when he went to jail we never had custody established. Our divorce went through recently and was completely done by him i was just sent the final decree in the mail. what should i do first in order to get custody of our son established in my name?

How do me and my Husband go about getting Legal Guardianship over our Stepgrandaughter? Here Biological have Legal Guardianship over her since last year. But they have moved out of state and chose to leave the 15 year old here in Arizona with her Mother. The 15 year old and her Mother had a blow up at the end of Dec. 2014. So we were called and asked if we could take her and that her Mother wanted nothing more to do with her. So we've had here since Dec. 29th 2014. The Mother had me write up a letter stating that she was giving me and my husband power of attorney over the 15 year old.

My 5 year old niece is currently in CPS custoday for the 3rd time, in AZ. I am in Florida. She has been placed with friends of the mothers who do not have a foster license. Both the mother and father have said they want to sign away their parental rights and have me adopt my niece. They know they can never properly care for her and I can. If they tell CPS that they want to terminate their rights and give me permanent legal guardianship until I can adopt her what is the process? How long will it take to get her out of foster care and into my home?Not the actual adoption, just being placed here
