If I take FMLA can I start an online degree program?

I just appealed Social Security's decision to deny my survivor's benefits,which were denied, again! I'm a disabled widow,and have had my disability since I was a teenager,since my records show I have a personality disorder,Agoraphobia,etc. But,they keep denying my husband's benefits on the grounds that I didn't become disabled within 7 years after he died! The Social Security laws have recently been changed to let divorced,disabled widows have the same laws,which were worded differently before my case was heard! Is there free help to help me fight them?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Is it possible and lawful to withdraw a petition for legal separation before it is final? If yes, how??

I am divorced. My ex-husband commeted domestic violence when we were married a couple of times. Now, his new wife and him are picking on our 15 year old daughter.
