QUESTIONS

  • When the non-custodial parent has parenting time is the custodial parent allowed to request parenting time during that time? For example winter and summer Vacation that are one to three weeks long?
  • My ex-wife and I are having trouble agreeing on where our son can/should attend school. He is 9 years old and currently attends a private christian school, but wants to go to public school with his step-sisters and neighborhood friends in the fall. My ex is avoiding the discussion of our son changing schools. My ex and I have joint physical and legal custody. What steps do I need to take in order to address this issue with the courts?
  • My husband has a child from a previous relationship. We aren't positive that the child is actually his. He is a resident of Arizona, the mother lives in Washington state along with the child. My question is this, which state , Arizona or Washington, would have jurisdiction to decide Child Support payments and establishing paternity?
  • I have 13000 in credit card debt. I'm living on my social security which is 1281.00 a month. My rent is 560.00 amonth. I can't make payments on this debt. Can you tell me what I can do. What would happen if I just don't pay it
  • Can you file for joiny custody if the child is not your? The child was a step child.
  • My Ex is a homeopathic practitioner and refuses to allow our daughter to see a psychologist for a phobia and psoriasis. She has more money than I do and threatens to sue me if I take her to doctors. What can I do?
  • I know my building managers,are retaliating against me.i have been heare for 4 years,this is the first time manager told me that I don't have to sign my lease,I ask to sign my lease,she said no ,no need to cause I have singed the ttp rent calculation for the year 2017,is this legal,please help ,I don't know what to do,I don't think this is legal.i have done nothing wrong/elegal.thanks inavance for your advice.
  • My mother passed away, she had health problems including altered mine status and my brother sold my mothers cows and kept the money. The family had a meeting soon after the sale and asked him to put the money in an account to help with her medical and care expenses. Again after her death, he was asked to put the money into the account so it can be probated properly to all her heirs and he has not do so. Is this a case of elderly abuse by my bother and it is her money should it be probated to heirs.
