QUESTIONS

  • I have lived in a residence in Arizona since 2007. The lease expired in 2009 and by agreement with the owner was allowed to live without a lease and rent free since then. The owner is now trying to get me to sign a new lease or "evict" me. I have continuously maintained the residence and spent money out of pocket for upkeep including major purchases such as replacing the a/c unit, removing trees damaged by storms, painting, etc. Also paid back taxes for a year when the house was close to tax sale. What are my rights?
  • I have 4 grandchildren living me for the last 13 to 14 yrs. Their mother has been in and out and currently on probation. I'm done. They have all become as disrespectful as their mother and I have told them, they need to get out of my house. I refuse to work everyday and come home to a pig pen, when I am the only one paying the bills. The 16 year old told me she that her mother said they don't have to go any where. I have to give her a 30 day notice. Is this true? I cant wait 30 days. I can't call the police and have them removed?
  • My work did not pay me for two weeks instead they give me $40 loans that I had to pay back. I paid back one. But for my last check they cashed it without my permission took the money I owe and give me the rest in an envelope. I want to know is it OK for them to do that?
  • If a person staying for free on a property as a caretaker and sublets a room without owner permission and without a written rental agreement, who is entitled to the rent money?
  • my mom abuses me, but I don't want to call DCFS unless I can go live with my dad, who has zero custody of me. is that possible for them to send me to my dads?
  • I belong to a Property Owner's Association. The manager and the original Developer states we do not follow ARS Title 33 because the Association is a non-profit corp. and does not own property. We are all mandated members that must pay dues to maintain the roads that are dedicated to public use. We have bylaws, CC&R's. Is this true? The developer is getting properties back thru foreclosures and says he does not owe dues and is using his 10-1 votes from the foreclosures. Our CC&Rs say that if the first mortgagee gets property back they are not liable for past dues, but from acquisition. Help?
  • How do I file an amendment to my response for custody and child support, I would like to add that i want to discuss arrearages of child support and 1/2 med exp owed by father.
  • My ex husband filed to modify child support to lower his payment. Before he filed I told him that I wanted to file to have the children during the whole week and modify our current parenting plan. So now he filed the child support modification should I not respond and have a hearing? Or should I file my own paper work to modify the parenting plan?

  • My ex broke up with me and kick me out the place we shared with our child. I had to move back to my home city which is in a different city then my child, and since our child is still in school I didn't want to move our child out of the school s/he went to. So had to leave my child with the dad. My child has stated that s/he wants to come live with me. So how do I get custody of my child.
