  • I am paying back child support for a adult child who is not mine. However paternity was never established. The mother has admitted i am not the child's father, and its clear i am not. However the adult child refuses to take a dna test so i can stop paying child support, Do i have any rights in this case? Every year they take my entire tax refund, i make weekly payments. I have a family and two children who are mine that i am supporting. i need help.
  • I have already signed my leasing agreement. On the day of move in i was given a different move in fee without being notified before hand. About a week after that we received notice of the foreclosure sale date having been moved up to 7/8/2014, I again called and they advised me that there was NO sale due to the bankruptcy filed, then in next 2 weeks I had people coming to change locks on my doors which didn't happen bur was advised that my home was now REO that it had been foreclosed.

  • Hello, my husband & I purchased an older home in Aug. The Sellers listed on the disclosure statement that they treated for roof rats. However, they didn't solve the issue. It has taken us 6 months to resolve the problem not to mention a lot of money. Since it was listed on the disclosure statement, do we have any recourse?
