I paid my rent and late fees and they wont let me back into my mobile home for 6 days is that legal

I paid partial rent on space in park by money order. Landlord accepted it and now served me with eviction notice. Now they say they never got money order. Do I have recourse? Can they evict me after I paid most of the rent? I own my trailer and they want me to abandon it so they can steal it. It is my only home. No place to to. What can I do???

As a tenant, am I required to do a "walk through" of rental home following my move out? I have satisfied all rental payments and terms and left the home in exceptional condition. What is considered "a reasonable amount of time" for repairs? We have had no hot water for 3 days and I sent my landlord the laws and he came back saying that they can turn off the hot water to make repairs & they aren't being "negligent" so we can't take action.

I was divorced from my husband at the time me and him were both really bad off, I was granted joint custody, but only supervised visitation until I completed drug classes, took u.a.s and could prove I had a place to live and was remaining sober. I have been sober for 2 years now, my ex doesnt have my children now either his parents do, they have temporary guardianship. How do I get the guardianship removed and getr my custody of the children. The judge already said i had it i just had to do those things and I have.
