where I do I take domestic violence classes in Prescott Arizona ???and how much do they cost

im 14 ive been living with my grandma for 6 months. My mom does drugs and my little sister and little brother live with her and her new husband(does and sells drugs). i moved out on my own. my sister doesnt want to. now my mom is saying that she has ALL athority over me. Does she? is she still my legal gardian?

I rented a room in my house. We signed a lease for the month because she only planned to stay a month. We signed lease and she moved in. 4 days later she changed her mind and wants her rent money back. Am i obligated to give it back. The reason she left was unknown. She made up some bogus story that her car got broken into but my neighbors has security cameras and no such thing happend.

I rent a room inside a house with no lease month to month payment, the owner of the house lives in the room next to mine but when I'm not home he enters my room and searches my closet and drawers with the excuse of making sure i have no drugs. Also he is always knocking at my room door when I'm asleep to tell me to clean the room. Is that legal? I lock the door and when i come home the door is all the way open. Can i sue for invasion of privacy or what can i do? I'm going to vacate soon but I'm mad about he doing that i feel violated.

The mother left me off of the birth certificate and now I would like to petition for a paternity test and look into getting parenting time. I was wondering what documents I would need to file at the court and if a trial, where she and I were both in a courtroom in front of a judge, was imminent, or if the court would bring us both in to a judge in an office to discuss things. If we were brought into an office would lawyers be allowed or strictly she and I? Also, what if I file a parenting time petition and the mother does not agree to it? Could the judge agree to it without her consent or?

Are there any laws pertaining to renting a Single Family Residence, this is not a new construction, to multiple tenants (one per bedroom) without a Certificate of Occupancy, please advise. Thank you.

Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I have three children that this house should be on the estate . The bank has been sending preforclosure papers against the house I live in . I am afraid I am going to lose everything . My Grandaughter refuses to sell her house snd pay me back . I dont want to hurt her . I was only trying to help . She has a new baby

I have 2 children under 2 years of age who where never sick until we moved into our apartmet 2 months ago. We learned it is roach infested and I have been to the doctor and ER with both children. We notified the landlord and they sprayed 2 times. Both times the roaches got worse. What are my options for my childrens safety?
