  • Can I request "in-home" assistance thru AHCCCS? We are in need of assistance for someone with mild Alheimer's as reminders for taking medicine and for personal health & safety a few hours a day. Is this possible thru AHCCCS?

  • I lived in XXXXX apartments until June 2015. In June of 2015 I paid $406.17 to end my lease and my roomates and I signed a roommate release form saying that I was no longer on the lease. They moved out prematurely in August of 2015. Apparently a sum was sent to a collection agency for that apartment in 2016 and they included my name when they did that. I did not find out about this until I applied for an apartment for my daughter and I in May of 2017 and was denied because of this sum. I called the complex and was basically told that they cant help me. What can I do from here?
  • Our building is pretty old and the plumbing here is always giving everyone problems. Usually the owner fixes it and that's that. Well this time, the toilet is plugged up and it's the 3rd time. It wasn't fixed right the first time or the second time. Because I have been having problems with it ever since. Including right after they supposedly fixed it the first time. So this time (3rd time) the landlord (not the owner) says I have to pay her husband to fix it. I have a 14 yo son n a 17 yo daughter as well as myself who is disabled n our room mate who islike 63 yo. Do I have to pay?
  • I am on section 8, I rent from a real estate agency. I am being evicted for not paying my water bill. The realtor makes me share the water bill with my neighbor, and divides it in half for us to pay. I have not been able to pay for it, I have two daughters and we struggle to pay the electric and other expenses. In the past he has allowed me to get caught up when i file for taxes. I pay it out of the earned income credit refund, this year he is not allowing me to do so. They are evicting me, I asked if i could pay it when i get my tax refund, he said no.   • i would like to know if these siuations would be considered a form of child abuse. I consider them, but not sure if my view is correct. First to lock a child in there bedroom from 7 pm to 7 am note child is 4 yrs old. and has child is potty trained but must pee in room or in there pants to relieve themselves. I find this terribly wrong. next recently a crack pipe was found in bedroom of child the child has been known to freely walk to neibors where she possibly found pipe, i feel child should not be left alone long enough to walk to neibors house search around and return parent not aware ther
