do I lose my rights to my child if a grandparent is apointed permanent guardian?

Father was diagnosed with alteimers. My parents marriage lasted till his death .couple months after she remarried. I am his only child also have 2 half sisters. When my fathers will was made he had already began early stages of alteimers and dimentia. I was not included in the will. My half sister who put my father in jail prior to his last days is on his will as well as my mother. I wanted to know what rites I have being his only daughter.

I used to work for the park I live in,they paid my rent. I was let go mid month, i contacted the managers boss,On November 2nd. the manager mailed out a 7-day eviction notice to me for non-payment of rent. I am awaiting disability to come in,i can only work 20hrs. max a week. I was not given any time to set-up a payment plan as others here have been able to do. The manager locks the door when she see's me coming to her office. I own the trailer but rent the spot. The eviction notice was not signed by anyone. Is this a Legal notice? I feel this is Retaliation!! what can I do ??

I was recently let go from my job of 5 yrs. for testing positive on a random drug n alcohol test. I dont drink and the test showed the levels of scoop mouthwash alcohol content not what was in my body. I told my manger but he let me go anyway. How can I show that it was a false reading? I own a mobile home and rent out the space. I had come to an oral agreement with a family member for him to rent out one of the rooms within my mobile home because he was going through a hard time in 2016. Recently, he has gotten out of control (Alcohol & Drug abuse) and I fear for my safety and want him out. Can I call law enforcement to remove him after the 30 Day Notice has expire? What is the proper way to provide a 30 Day Notice? Does this document need to be notarized and mailed? or can I just post it on his door? I want to do things right and get this over with. Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right
