  • My girlfriend is pregnant with my child and due in August of this year. Unfortunately she moved out and is no longer speaking to me.I do not know her due date or if she even intends to put my name on the birth certificate at this point. I would like to file a action with the courts to establish paternity before the baby is born.I want to exercise any and all rights I have as father. How do I begin this process and can I get any assistance in doing so. I can not afford a attorney.
  • I am the gaurdian of my disabled son. He recieves social security because I am disabled. The guardianship began on his 18th birthday. Because I am traveling I have an agreement with his mother for him to stay with her. She expects me to continue to send her an additional $1200 because that was my child support agreement. I told her that was changing. She needed to provide reciepts for reimbursement for any thing above his room and board. She believes this money is for her use and has filed a motion to have herself named as guardian. Question does child support continue for an adult in guardian

  • I had to evict my tenant and filed a Summons,served her and she finally moved after 7 days. She has refused to pay me what is owed. How do I collect the money owed?
  • I purchased a farm using two different private loans(no banks). One loan was on a promissory note. Animals were used as the collateral on the note. Having defaulted on the note, I have turned over all the animals to the party owed. Is there an Arizona law or case that establishes the turnover of collateral as discharge of the note?   • can my landlord keep me from moving my travel trailer because I owe two months rent? we had agreed in October I would pay October and November rent in mid November when my student grants came in, they will be here next week, but my son only has this weekend to move my trailer for me. My landlord says I cannot legally move it, although he does not have a lien on it and I own it free and clear.
