my grandaughter is 15 yrs, unmarried and had a baby. the father is also 15 and unemployed. Is he or his parents lrgally responsible for child support. How do we proceed?

We found we have a lien on our property from12/22/06 and it should have been removed but it wasn't and now the company is out of business so how do we go about removing it never went to court on it it supposedly for a bond to release my son from jail on 12/22/06 recorded 01/05/2007 bt we find no court record that my son was in jail those days I have already checked all his criminal records and neither me or my wife remember this transaction

WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. My lease expires on Sept 30th, which is a Sunday. The property management company says I have to be out on Friday the 28th with no walk through,or, Thursday the 27th if I want to be present at the walk through. Is this true?
