OVERVIEW

Step Up to Justice offers pro bono legal help to the Pima County community. Services include community education, virtual and in-person clinics, as well as direct representation. Step Up to Justice provides legal advice and direct representation to clients who reside in Pima County who have meritorious claims in housing, family law, domestic violence, consumer fraud, bankruptcy, employment, wills/probate, and other areas. Step Up to Justice also provides community presentations to educate residents across Arizona about their legal rights and responsibilities. Educational presentations are offered through both online and live curriculum. Presentations cover a wide variety of areas including housing, worker’s rights, bankruptcy, guardianship and end of life-planning.
