I have been approved for FMLA and I have resubmitted forms 3 times already for clarification on how many times I need to be away from my job to tend to my daughter who has renal failure and my job keeps requesting the Dr. to give specific dates and times I need to be away when my daughter condition is unpredictable. We don't know how many times out of the month she will become sick and I have to leave work. Am I being harassed by my employer?

there is a pfa on my husband for me. His mom lives with me. He is in jail is he still aloud to send letters to her with out it violating the pfa order?

If I have full custody does that mean I will be the one to name my child when they are born ?

My ex wants more child support. We agreed upon a number and I have been sending that amount into the clearing house. Then she wanted it back dated 6 months and her attorney said I had to pay it. None of this has been court ordered and they have not mailed anything to me. I have not been making as much money as I had been, real estate, how can I get this reduced to what it was before. And, do I have to pay the new amount if there is NO order?

Ok my son n his first baby mama when tto court the judge give him time with his son like tueaday n thursday from 2 to 5 n fridays over nite she never have follow those orders now sience he was a baby now he is 4 n he been living with me n his dad she have drop him off two months ago she dont call him or come see him ahe have two other kids but she dont do anything about my grandson i put him in school i get foodstamps for him in i clain him on my taxes my son ia going to California what can i do am scared she comes n takes him he said he dont want to go with his mom what can i do can u plz

How do I file for full custody?

I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?

Is there any way I can break the lease to move mobile to safer park?Lots of drug & homeless traffic.New owners did evict many but now 1/2 the park is empty and majority of trailers uninhabitable.Magnet for crime and I live alone. my mother passed away in march.my brother was named personal representative in her will.it's going on 100 days since her death.i've had a lot of problems with my brother on settling the estate.i would like to know if property listed in the will to be devided equaly to my brother and myself can be counted as assets possably used to pay bills of the estate.also how long does a personal representative have to settle an estate and what are my options if this matter is not resolved soon.thank youfor your help
