The Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act makes no mention of National Emergencies and rights extended to tenants. My lease agreement also has no provisions, including none for Force Majeure.   • We have submitted a notice to move out at the end of next month and already have signed a lease for a new house. The landlord wanta to put the house on the market beginning next month. My question is, with this Covid 19 crisis I don't feel comfortable with people coming in and out of my house meanwhile I am still living here, especially since I am a nurse and have to go to work and be around elderly people.   • I received an email saying where to leave the keys and that inspection would be done the next day when I was never aware that I had to leave the property I was renting so I called the number given in the email and was told I was sent a letter back in August notifying me of action. they said letter was received but we had no idea of what letter. now we have to get out in 5 days since they said we already had 60 days to move out or next step will be an eviction notice from court which fees will have to be paid by me.wha can I do?
