  • In Az is it illegal for a used car dealership to sell a vehicle that had not yet been emissioned tested first? I have read on the Arizona Dept. of Enviromentak Quality page that they do,does this mean the contract I signed is technically void? Please dont judge me as i have had other repos and garnishments for them and they have all been paid for. i bought the car in late december 2012 and it wasnt till late feb. 2013 when they finally had to do an emissions test as my license plate wouldnt be mailed off till it was done. Thanks for any help with this.

  • I got married to someone incarcerated in 2005, at the time I didn't know he had a life sentence. I soon heard that a marriage was not legal if someone had a life sentence or had to be consummated. In AZ there are no conjugal visits allowed. I was not ok with some things he was doing and I asked for a divorce in 2007 and stopped all contact. We do not have anything in common and want to know if I file for annulment or divorce and how to go about that, I would like to be divorced and get my maiden name restored. He stated that he will not give me a divorce or sign papers.

  • I want to Petition the court for Grandparent's visitation. The only closely related forms I can find all relate to cases that are already being and have been litigated to some degree or another. The kids' parents were never married and there has been no legal steps taken by either party for formal custody, support, etc. Do I need to just write my own petition and start from square one? As far as I can tell the Superior Court is the proper venue...I would hate to petition the wrong court! Thank you for your help.
  • I am trying to find information for a friend who is unable to afford a divorce/legal separation. His spouse has essentially kidnapped their son and left the state without any contact. The cost of filing for legal separation/divorce is not prohibitive, but the forms require legal assistance to fill out properly which is costly. Is there a way to petition for temporary custody order/rights without filing for legal separation to bring their son back to his home state?

MY MANAGER ACCEPTED THE PARTIAL PAYMENT AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. SHE IS ON VACATION AT THIS TIME AND I FOUND THE NOTICE ON MY DOOR 7/17/2008. THE PARTIAL PAYMENT WAS ACCEPTED 7/10/2008. WHAT LEGAL RIGHTS DO I HAVE AND HOW DO I CLAIM SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES(MY BOYFRIEND HAD A MASSIVE STROKE 7/04/08).
  • If i rent weekly and lived in the residents for 3 months.how much notice dose the landlord have to give me to raise the rent? This is a extended stay. They r are raising the rent to 3 times for January cuz tucson jem show. I must pay the month of January in advance or get out i was notified on 12 15
