  • I rented my houseout Nov 15 2008, and the rental agreement expires on Nov 15th 2013, Is it legal for the tenants to give me a 30 day notice of termination of rental agreement? What do I need to do? What is the law for that?
  • I am the mother to a 10 yr old whose biological father is absent and my ex and I are in agreement that we want my ex to have equal joint custody and we dont know how to do this. What are the steps we need t take? Previously I had all the information but this has since expired.
  • We live with and care for my father in law who told us today that he is moving into assisted living and we must move out. We rented the house we own, what sort of notice must we give our tenants?
  • I am wondering if under Arizona law I have rights to visitation with my nephews since their mother (my sister) is serving a jail sentence. Their father will not allow me to see my nephews, ages 1, 2, and 5.
  • My landlord has been deducting my security depost for late fee's on payments that have been paid in full and on time what can I do to get my security deposit back?
  • What is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?
  • I have moved into a home where there is cockroaches. The landlord has been notified via email and has sprayed and bombed the place but the roaches are still here. Also my air conditioner doesn't cool my apartment properly the temperature is usually at 80 or more all day long. He says that this is adequate even though I have 2 fans I bought just to stay cool. Can I pay my rent to court and ask the court to force him to fix these problems?
  • I am a naturalized American citizen. Recently I got the green card for my mother she is 78 years old. Also I started the green card petition for my brother in 2008 and it was accepted. NVC told me that my brother has to wait until a visa becomes available. What do you think would be the fastest way to get a green card for my brother? Wait his turn or my mother starts the green card applications for my brother ,now that she is now lawful resident,.. My brother is divorced and has no children. My family is from Spain
  • I left my abusive husband almost 6 years ago and have been trying to get divorced but the lawyers and he are dragging their feet because I'm paying him support. I recently found out that he called our health insurance co (he's under my plan because we are still legally married) and changed the address listed, which was mine, to his. So now he knows where I live and I fear for my life. I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years and I thought I was safe. Do I have any legal recourse to have him arrested?
