Question: my patio door was shattered in the late morning someone shot it with a bb gun... who pays for it?
Answer: The landlord is only responsible for maintaining good and safe working order and condition of all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and other appliances supplied by him. This would be considered damage done by the tenant and to be fixed by the tenant. Under A.R.S. 33-1324 and A.R.S. 33-1341, you can read more of the obligation that fall to of both the landlord and the tenant to maintain of the dwelling. http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/33/01324.htm&Title=33&DocType=ARS http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/33/01341.htm&Title=33&DocType=ARS
