On a Saturday night me and my ex got in a fight. It was nothing to big i thought. I went to bed and as I did i punched the wall and put a small hole in it. She slept on the couch. The next day i got up and she was not there. I called her to see where she was and she said that she wanted to separate. That was about 5pm on Sunday. We fought over the phone. I called her twice. Then about 8or9 the cops showed up and took my guns. Tuesday night they showed up again and kicked me out of my house and said she got a protection order against me. How is this possible? And it's for a year.

My home was forclosed on 2yrs ago after my real estate agent tried for 2 long years to short sale it. Mortgager #1 denied all offers for the first 1.5yrs, while 2nd mortgager was agreeable. Final offer was finally accepted by Mortgager #1 but 2nd mortgager completely blocked the sale by rejecting offer. Now 2nd mortgager still sends me mortgage bills and calls me daily to try to collect this debt! They also report my payment as LATE EVERY MONTH! Is there any way to get them to leave me be? Do they have the legal right to harass me even though they are the reason I went through this foreclosure?

My landlord gave me a noise complaint and unauthorized tenant notice on April 11, 2018 . I asked landlord, who is the unauthorized occupant. She said your son. I assured her that , my son do not live here, buy he is my babysitter while I'm at work. Then on May 4, I went into pay rent , The landlord received my rent. I asked her how is the noise, she stated it have not gotten any better and you totally disregard the 10 day for having an unauthorized occupant. I told her I told you my son do not live here. The landlord said he is always here and I told her , yes, because I'm always at work.

You state a 10 day notice is required. Is that 10 days before rent is due? Does it mean 10 days before your final 30 day period?
