There is a huge tree between my trailer & next door. It was here when I bought trailer. I am told the tree is my responsible, but it is on the trailer courts land. The tree sheds leaves like crazy & we were just informed that it is up to us to rack and throw in trash. We have maintenance here & they do nothing, but ride the little cars the trailer court supplys.What I need to know is it my responsabilty, to rack. I am 64yrs.and not in that good health. I see a lot of doctrine that establishes the means of acquiring a Protection Order, but I see nothing in regards to the ramifications of filing a false one. So my question is; does filing a false Protection Order, also include immunity from prosecution? Is there any justice for anyone who has been the victim of a system remedy, which has been abused to the point where it has become weapon, rendering it ineffective? Its ironic that a system created to help victims, in turn makes victims. Was that the intended purpose, to deprive fathers of their children and create a plethora problems?

Me and my girlfriend are asian. Currently I am working in US by holding my non immigrant visa and she is staying in Asia. We are planning to get marry soon. Is it possible I sign a marriage certificate in US then courier to her to sign for her part? My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. After signing a lease back in March 2014 for 13 months for a certain price, the company now is saying that they made a 2% tax mistake and making every resident pay the extra from now on...it just seems to me once the lease is signed they couldn't raise the rent....so can an apt complex do that?

we have a mold problem from the managers meintenance man doing cheap labor causing mass flooding in the walls. she claims after multiple times thebproblem is fixed. the watee is also making us sick. my other half lives here and is pregnant. we also have a 3 year old. the manager claims there is no mold, but i have 2 samples of black and all sorts of colors. i want to get out of here but the manager threated to bill us 3 thousand for damages thats by her hands not ours... and i gave her many chances to fix the problem and it never gets fixed, she only covers up her tracks. what can i do?
