  • I pled guilty to attempted agg assault m1.Disposition is Agg assault m1.Did the court make a mistake? Probation agreement is agg assault m1, I pled to attempted assault. I don't get it.
  • I paid a holding deposit and got a receipt for a particular apartment that apparently is now no longer going to be mine and I'm just curious if the landlord can legally keep my holding deposit when he is not giving you the unit that I put the holding deposit on?

I successfully completed the diversion program and now my case is dismissed. Am I eligible for my case to be expunged? I am asking for the reason of wanting to join The Arizona National Guard. I have a recruiter saying he is wanting to work with me but the current case dismissed will not help. He says I need my case expunged

  • My husband and I moved 3 weeks ago in a home that was vacant for three months prior to us .we moved hear from California and I bought all new bedding and linen few days after moving. My sofa is also brand new. I have never had bed begs be for in my life so they didn't come from my home in California. About four days ago noticed bites and scratching I thought it might be my nerves or because of dusting wind out side ...no it's bedbugs .and  I can see them coming out cracks of walls so house had them before hand.
