I have 2 children under 2 years of age who where never sick until we moved into our apartmet 2 months ago. We learned it is roach infested and I have been to the doctor and ER with both children. We notified the landlord and they sprayed 2 times. Both times the roaches got worse. What are my options for my childrens safety?

My girlfriend and I have a lease on a house until June 2020. Things have broken down with us. She wants to move out and stick me with the lease. We are both signers on the lease and they used both our credit and income to get the house. We have been here since 2016. And re-upped a 2 year lease June of last year. My ex would like to take our two children to CA during a school week. We have two conflicting documents. The Parenting Plan For: Joint Custody with Joint Custody Agreement states as follows: B. (Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Each parent shall be entitled to one additional week of vacation with the children in each year. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. This document does not state anything about school. Which document prevails?

My renter has missed 2 months rent and has said in writing that she will be out by the 1st of next month. She has not been truthful with me on many other issues so I can not b sure. Should I proceed with an eviction notice? If so how long does eviction take? Please advise. Thanks
