If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Which document prevails?

If a trailer is in your name in a mobile home park and some one else signed the rental agreement then they laeve the trailer with aa balance owed because the trailer is in your name are you responsible even if you signed nothing with the traiker park

I evicted a roommate and gave them 21 days to remove all of their belongings from my property. It was stated in the eviction notice, and agreed upon, that if after that period the belongings were not collected, that I had the right to dispose of said property as I see fit. The 21 day period ended September 2nd 2013. It is now October 17 and this person in threatening to take me to court because I will not allow collection of the property. Does he have the right to do that? What are my rights?
