My brother has a 15 yr old felony child abuse conviction against him which was deemed non dangerous and non repetitive (an accidental injury to his then infant daughter) to which he confessed and served his time. He desperately needs substantial employment to support himself and his three children, but this has proved almost impossible due to his felony status. Is there any way at all to have this expunged/set aside? May be grasping at straws, but any info will help. Thank you and god bless.

My girlfriend is due any day now. She has been doing drugs throughout the pregnancy and trying to put the baby up for adoption. I am the father and am out of work and don't have a stable place to live. If both my girlfriend and I agree can I sign the baby over to my mom and will Cps still get involved if we do so. She just signed an adoption plan so would my mom still be able to take the baby home. I am against the adoption.

I moved in to a rental in a vacation village in October before the cold weather hit. I signed a year lease with a property manager. The home is so poorly insulated that it cannot maintain heat. The cold air seeps through the floors and walls and I cannot keep warm. The electric is constantly running and it is costing me over 200.00 per month to heat 389 sq. ft. I also have health issues that are exacerbated by the cold. I do not feel this home is meant to be a full time residence. For health reasons, I cannot stay here. Do I have recourse to break my lease?

2014 we lease a car for 36 months st $ 229.00 a month gave our our 2004 mint condition as down payment supposedly % 5000.00 we need a larger vehicle we were moving so went to see what they could do.The.dealer paid off the Camry but added it to the truck,our payments now $579.91for 84 months.what the salesman didn't tell us that they wrapped amount of the Camry to the truck payment, so we are paying for 2 cars and they kept the car .We only have one vehicle. Is that legal? What they did? We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? The water inadvertently did not get disconnected on the day my lease ended so my landlord waited six days to put into their name and emptied/filled the swimming pool to the tune of $300. They will not respond to my emails. Do I have any recourse?
