2 years ago the VA did a full hip replacement on me. Less than 2 years later, I had to have a non VA doctor redo my hip. Dr advised that the hip that the VA put in was recalled and also that the VA Doctor did not put my hip in correctly. As a result I am now on full Social Security Disability. I am trying to find out how to pursue a case against the VA for malpractice and inadequate care after my surgery. I have had no luck so far speaking to VA advocates etc. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

I can't afford an attorney even through the modest means program & no one is willing to help me pro bono. I filed for divorce from my abusive husband & we reached a settlement agreement on 4/28/16. But he continues to use the judicial system to make false accusations against me & keep me in court. How can I stop this harassment, and why won't any attorneys help me pro bono? So many claim to be DV advocates but no one is advocating for me & my daugher.

We had an 80/20 mortgage on our home. In Feb it was foreclosed on. The first lender shows as a foreclosure but the 2nd lender(chase) shows as a charge off. I was told that there is something in the state of AZ that requires both lenders to report it as a foreclosure. Is there a provision code that I can contact Chase with to have the reporting changed to Foreclosure? Thank you..

We've been living in a rental home for 4 years and the last few months went to a month to month lease. We've never been late with rent but we received a 30 day notice to vacate. We were told by the property management company that the owners are in trouble. I am disabled and this is causing me to have flare ups in my conditions. We've asked for an extension but was told no. Do we have any other options to get more time?

Aunt was AZ resident and died in AZ. Using small estate affidavit to obtain balance in checking account from AZ bank (large national bank). I live in FL. If financial institution wants the affidavit certified by the court, would I have to appear in person or could it be done via mail? Thank you

Me and my wife separated 3 years ago. She moved out of state with our three children and then about a year later two of my boys came back to live with me in Arizona. They went up to visit their mom in Utah last Summer and she refused to let my boys come back . Come to find out she filed for divorce/custody when they first got up there and I was never served anything. It's already been approved by a judge and now I'm paying child support and on a parenting schedule to visit my kids. What can I do and which state, Arizona or Utah do i contact? Thank you

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Where can I go to get more info on the net?
