  • We purchased a park model from a private owner and it is set in a RV resort in Goodyear we paid her annual rent in April when we moved in we now have decided to purchase a home this was our temporary home as we transferred here due to the fact that we are selling the home and it has a carport and a 10 by 10 storage shed if someone were to want to purchase just the trailer do we have to leave the carport behind?can they legally charge us for rent on the lot if we move out before our year is up and new owner is also charged lot rent because move in take ownership of trailer.   • I gave my 30 day notice on April 1st stating that I would not be renewing my lease at the end of May. I also informed the office that I'm moving out on May 8th but I'm paying rent for the whole month of May. I requested a move out inspection Friday May 8th after I take all my belongings out. I was told by the Secretary that the manager does move out inspections when he feels like it. I am unable to return for a move out inspection because I am starting a job in another town. My question is from what date do I begin counting the 14 days for my security deposit to be returned?

My question is the responsibility of probable cause by transfer of authority does that diminish when the Border Patrol reported the stolen vehicle does that give probable cause to the sheriff by proxy there should be some case law the states if there was no probable cause by the Border Patrol
