I had been taken to court for eviction. At court the parks attorney dismissed the case with prejudice. I was told that the management would contact me. Then for the next 6 months they refused every month to take my rent. Now after all that time I want to sell my trailer and the park won't let me remove it and say I have to now pay over 7000 dollars in back rent. Can they do this.

Hi. I own my home and established a month to month lease agreement with additional terms (requiring a 30 day move-out notice etc) with acquaintance for our spare room. She did give a two week notice and planned on moving out on the first of the month. She ended up staying 4/5days into the next month were no rent was collected. At this time a few belonging were left behind. She had inquired to pick these items up under short notice once. It has been 6 months now and I was asked if we still had her items and wanted to pick them up. Is she still entitled to these items?

I read a similar but not exact question, so I'd still like to ask one. My son's biological father & I went through a custody case in 2013. He was granted extremely limited parenting time, but (for some reason) joint legal decision making. It's now been almost 2 years and we haven't seen from or heard from him. I'd like to sever his parental rights, and my current partner is considering adopting my son. The question I read earlier cited ARS numbers, but that doesn't help. I have a doc: "Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship". Is that correct? What if they can't find him?
