  • It states in my lease that the tenant, "In the event of 'the tenants' failure to give notice of 'the tenants' intention to terminate, 'the tenant' shall be liable for rent for another 30 day period. According to the apartment complex, this means that they can charge rent for an entire month after the lease expires. Is this truly legal?
  • I'm the landlord and I want the people to move I had them evicted 8 months ago and then I felt sorry for them when they asked if they could sleep in their car in driveway with their 2 small children and their dog . I tried to evict them again last month for nonpayment of the utilities and failure to dispose of their huge pile of household trash , unfortunately I gave them a 24 hr notice to clean it up so I did not win the eviction , the verbal agreement was that they were to pay utilities water trash electric . I want them out What forms can I use to remedy this situation ?

We would like to transfer guardianship to our son & his wife. How do we proceed with this? The child was a ward of the state and we do receive cash assistance, health benefits and free lunch at his school and would like that transferred to our son as well.   • I live in TX. My daughter and her mother moved to AZ 2 years ago. I paid support and maintained telephonic contact. During this time, unknown to me, the mother became a heroine addict and gave temporary custody to the grandmother. When I was informed of the situation, I attempted to gain custody of my daughter and the grandmother, who worked for Pima Co. Superior Court, filed for permanent custody. With our court date set for Nov 4th and my plane and hotel paid, the court calls me and says they changed the date. Is that even legal with less than 24 hours notice? Do I have any recourse?

SO I SEND AMT THY TOLLD ME TO SND BY WU.NEVR DID I GET PAPAERS MY HOME WAS IN FORCLOSURE PROCESS OR SRVD ANTHNG & KEPT AL OUR STUF
  • So, for the first year of my son's life, I lived with my mother while raising my son.Now he's 2 and he has only lived with me... and the father is not on the birth certificate.The fathers parents see my son when I can bring him... I only have Sunday and Monday off and my son has had a consistent routine with days at daycare, coming home to eat etc... Apparently I voiced my concern that I would like to go to church with my son for his firsttime with them and the grandparent stated he would go file for rights to have whatever time he wanted with my son including over weekends...Is that true?
