QUESTIONS

  • can a mother say she had no children in a last will and testament if she does. Then state that no one of her lineage can contest the will?
  • My daughter's father and I have a custody agreement signed in Oklahoma where I resided. He lives in Arizona and I have now moved to Arizona. He states that the agreement from Oklahoma is no longer binding because of jurisdictional issues. I state that it is still a valid agreement. Is he correct?
  • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?

  • I am a veteran I served my country with honor, and pride. I need information on how to acquire an audit from the V.A. debt management center. They have kept me in poverty over the last 30 years. If I still owe them anything shouldn't I be able to see what it is that I am still paying for. I would like to know where the funds they receive are being applied. My fixed income has been duned by the IRS to the tune of 20,000 dollars I was being duned by them and some how, I've managed to pay off the IRS, but the debt from the V.A. was just over 13,000for a foreclosed home. Please HELP.
  • A large cactus in the backyard fell on September 1st; two days later the landlord acknowledged the fallen cactus. It is now October 13th and no one has come by for an estimate to remove it. Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.
  • I missed my initial hearing for unemployment last june due to a misunderstanding on the directions i have since filed for appeals as i keep getting denied. i am on my last one it seems i am trying to prove good cause for missing my first hearing. i was advised by the az gov office to seek legal advice. I feel i had good cause i understood i had a phone hearing and i was not going to be present so i did not need to call in advance as directd onpage one. the directions are misleading. what can i do to prove good cause? i did not know that good cause was te case until after my 1st appeal thanyou
  • my landlord had provided me a 5 day notice. I went to the office and gave them a large portion of the rent and entered into a promise to pay. I paid off the promise to pay which included all the applicable late fees. My landlord then stated I must sign a promise to pay for an additional $500. I refused.I ask for an explanation and they refuse to tell me where the extra money is coming from. I filed an action in court for unlawful rent increase. Couple days after they were served with compliant, I come and had a "Notice to Terminate Agreement. Isn't this retaliatory action? Can they do this?

I called Thursdayady told me most likely no I e would go check out my ac because according to them 86 degrees was normal inside my house for it being to hot outside. Finally I told her I had a baby' and that him living in that temp wasn't okay The called me back and had someone come look at it until Monday said we have a leak and that he had to submit a work order before he could fix it .he wasn't suppose to come fix it yesterday we received no call and he didn't answer I call maintenance line they said the quote hadn't been looked at yet
