I have 4 grandchildren living me for the last 13 to 14 yrs. Their mother has been in and out and currently on probation. I'm done. They have all become as disrespectful as their mother and I have told them, they need to get out of my house. I refuse to work everyday and come home to a pig pen, when I am the only one paying the bills. The 16 year old told me she that her mother said they don't have to go any where. I have to give her a 30 day notice. Is this true? I cant wait 30 days. I can't call the police and have them removed?

My mother was served papers from the other Grandparent. I was never served since I don't live there anymore. The grandparent filed for grandparent rights and according to Family Court Case Information - Case History it says "DEFAULT/REGARDING PETITION FOR GRANDPARENT VISITATION". I was never served and just found out about it today. There were summons in May. What do I do now? I don't want it to go into default and her get what she wants.

We discovered we had a rat in our apartment, that same day we reported it to the office and they scheduled for an exterminator to set traps two days later. The next day we started seeing ticks around the apartment, we have one dog and started him on Nexguard tick preventative right away. The apartments are stating that they do not cover for tick exterminator because the ticks couldn't have traveled via the rat. Who is responsible for tick extermination?

Can the apartment management come in to my apartment and take photographs? I refused but they did it anyway, I asked him to leave and he ignored me. The photos included my entire kitchen, my pantry that I purchased and it has glass doors (not part of the apartment, a stand alone cabinet) and my bathroom. We had recent repairs but he didn't take photos in the areas repaired and refused to answer why. My personal belongings were in the photo. The apartment was very clean, nothing Out of compliance but I feel my rights were violated.

there seems to be a question about smoking weed inside a renal condo complex where smoking inside is against the rules of Hoa. Have been told that it's ok if one has a medical card, but I can't be around the smoke and I smell it regularly.
