  • I rented a home for 15 years. It was bought by a new owner 7 years into renting. A mirrored door in bathroom was broken before new owner bought house. I moved out this month and the owner is telling me I need to pay him for the mirror $650 that was broken years before he bought house. Do I owe him this money? How would I get a copy of the home inspection walk through when he bought the house?
  • I recently had a class 6 undesignated felony reduced to a misdemeanor. It still shows up as a felony on a background check, who do i submit copies of the order reducing it to a misdemeanor in order to get it off my background?
