  • My son's dad and I are not together and we're never married. My son's dad does like who I am currently eating and is claiming to take my son away from me. I haven't seen my son now in a week and can't get ahold of him in anyway as he's blocked me from everything. I need my son back and he needs to be with me and I want to go about this in a civil and legal manner I just need to know what steps I need to take or to know that he can't just take him away.
  • Me and my ex wife have shared custody of our six year old daughter for the past 5 and half years. My ex wife now wants to move from chandler to queen creek, changing my daughters school to the queen creek area. I stated this was not fair because my drive would increase to 15 extra miles per trip, adding more drive time during my visitation days. Is this a fair assumption on my part? If we go to court what should I expect from a judge's descision?
  • Have been noticing landlord by verbal and writen notice to why Tennants being over charged more then prevailing provider by 35% at 15 cents per KWH. only reason is given is previous owners had done it and they feel they are entitled by showing EPA federal tax which is charged per sub-meter yet how can this be when it's perproperty approx $7 to master meter yet they charge approximate 40 Tennants $7 each... I gave the city Mesa charge 11.7 cents residential price which they can charge yet they make ample profit from bulk rate 9.7 cents on old 1950 power grid which needs up graded. Need help
  • I never signed a lease when I moved in to my current home in Scottsdale. I did, however, give a 'last months' rent as a deposit. How much notice is required by law prior to move out, and am I able to recover the balance if I gave a notice on the 10th of the month, had already paid that month's rent in full, and would like to receive the full 'last month's rent deposit back?.
  • My ex-husband sends the child support payments to me personally and I'd like to have him send through the Clearinghouse... what do I need to do to make this change? He has been paying every month, and the decree does not specify pymt via Clearinghouse. He won't do it voluntarily, so I will need to modify/ the decree. Please note that my ex owns his own business and is therefore self employed. Thanks.

  • I signed my contract on the 24th of August 2019. I didn't move in until 26th due to no fridge and power. I paid 795 plus the 250 when I turned my application in and signed the lease. Them never mentioning that I had a pro rate for August of 205 till after I signed the contract. Now are charging me the late fees for the pro rate. The contract states everything about late fees but nothing about pro rate.
  • I have been renting for almost 5 yrs. The rental came with appliances. The touch pad for the water and ice is cracked and the button is showing. Every one tells me it is wear and tear but the landlord wants me to replace it.It's $150 just for that part. By law, Do I have to or is it wear and tear?
