  • How long does a tenant have to file a lawsuit against a landlord for disposing of tenants property. My landlord disposed everything I owned for 30 years after I was evicted and forced to leave at a moments notice. 12 days later everything I owned was discarded without any notice to me. Is ther anything I can do.
  • My question is I suffer from depression. Just got married can my mom or family member commit me voluntary and sign papers or does my new husband can only do that. I have gone to rehab when I was younger before for a week I was committed allowed by my insurance. Do I need to have him do a notary paper. My mom always threatens to have me put away and laughs.   • I was in a car accident. The other driver's insurance company has offered to pay about $1000 -$1500 less than the Kelly Blue Book value for my car. The insurance company will not release my car until I sign the title over to them. The insurance rep will not provide documentation of how they determined the valve of my car. The rental car must go back today and I can't buy other car like mine for the amount they are offering. Is there anything I can do?

  • In May, I moved into a 12 unit complex in Scottsdale with a pool. The pool was green & the landlord told me it was being emptied, retiled, and filled & would be closed for a couple weeks. I am about to pay August's rent and the pool is still out of commission. It was emptied and two workers came one day to chip away the tiling. Nothing has been done since. What rights do I have as a tenant to start deduct rent or demanding repairs? The pool was a driving force in my renting & it's making a terrible for a terribly frustrating AZ summer. What do I tell my landlord??
