I have neve had a formal court agreement regarding my children and their father, I have them all the time and he has been deport to Mexico, he want to see them in Mexico this summer, what paper wk should we do ? He says he will agree to the terms that I have them, but I want to be cover legally

I have a 1 year lease to rent a house, in that lease was added that have the option to extend for 1 year with a 5% increase in rent. I tried to exercise my option at the end of the lease per the agremment but the landlord say he does not want to. They are offering to pay me to get out and I said that would be fine so I calculated my expense to make the move to other comparable accommodations. He refuse to pay the amount and says to to get out or we will go to litagation, . I feel he is in breach of contract. Id rather stay than collect what I feel is my costs to make the move.

I have received tax bill from the IRS for $630 plus charges of $284 from 2011 I have no money except my SS- $725 plus food stamps and cannot pay and I am just over a bout of throat cancer treatment and can not work or add to my income so find it impossible to pay the tax and the penalty can you point me to some one who can help me.

I pay child support to my ex. It used to be taken directly out of my paycheck but 2 years ago I quit my job to be a stay at home parent. I have still been up to date on child support payments i have just been paying the support online through ipayonline through AZ.gov. My questions is there anything i should feel out to inform the courts that i no longer have an employer?

I have a Living Trust that has my daughter as the executor. I want to change it to have my granddaughter as the executor however the company that wrote up the trust says my daughter has to be present in order to change the trust. Is there a law that says she must be present?

I married a 16-Year Old female (I was 23) last year legally with proper parental consent. I was curious to know what my guardianship/consent rights are when it comes to my spouse being served legal paperwork or court orders by anyone, including myself. She was not emmancipated before our marriage, and I've had to legally be there to sign on her behalf for reasons such as school signup and notarizing items, so I know that I have some consent.
