  • My roommate attacked me, she got arrested and i had to get a protection order against her. we found a new roommate to take over her part of the lease. but now her mom is coming after ME for her security deposit. even though the landlord has told her its still tied into the lease. What do i do? shes threatening to take me to court

He thinks it's stupid and doesn't want him to be evaluated and would not give consent for an OT evaluation the screener suggested and I gave consent. He also says he won't give consent for any kind of preschool. Professionals are seeing problems and are suggesting evaluations. Can I still get him evaluated without his consent? If not what is my recourse to help my son get what he needs?
  • We line in a 55+community and each year the palms are trimmed and we have to pay for them, I was told most mobilhome parks don't charge the tenent in AZ for palm trimming, but get charged every year. We pay rent on a space, is it our responsibility to pay for them or should the park owner pay ? The rent goes up each year, and we still have to pay for their palms to be trimmed. Is there a law that the owner should be paying for these? Thank you
