  • Can an "OTHER DISMISSAL W/O PREJUDICE" be expunged and how?
  • I own a 55+ senior Rv community. A person living in a park model passed away. Their relatives have been trying to sell it. They paid the yearly rent (which is at a substantial discount). Two months later they received an offer on their home and now want a refund or partial refund of the rent. Now I have several signs in the office that states there are no prorations or refunds on rent. They are telling me that it's against the law that I rerent the space once they leave unless they sign a release allowing me to do so. Am I able to rent the space once they leave without refunding them?
  • I am on a fixed income. we need to setup a will or trust. My wife is older than I and we want to have our wishes setup in legal order for our benefactors. We have grown children from previous marriages. Since AZ is a survivor right state, God forbid, if something were to happen to us both, we want legal docs in place for the kids to be governed by.   • I signed a contract with my current landlord to move into another unit on the property, effective Feb 15. The contract was signed by all parties, and I paid a $150 transfer fee on Jan. 31. Today, Feb 2, I received an email from the landlord stating that the current tenant has "changed" her mind, and thus the contract will not be honored. Is this legal?
  • I am on a month to month lease. On December 4th I gave notice to landlord that my last day in the property will be January 5th. They are stating I am violating the law and that my 30 day notice is not valid as I would have had to give it to then November 30th for December 31st move out date. Is this true?

THE HOSPITAL LOST HER FALSE TEETH AND HER PRESCRIPTION GLASSES AS WELL DURING FIRST SURGERY I AM LOW INCOME AND LIVE FEW HOURS FROM HER SHE IS ALONE AND THE SMALL TOWN OF TOPOCK IS NO WHERE FOR HER TO BE ALONE AND DEALING WITH ALL THIS AT. PLZ HELP ME HELP HER .....
  • Is online poker legal in AZ? I believe nobody has been prosecuted for it, but in some states they have made it illegal. Does AZ law directly address online poker, and if so, where does it stand?
