My husband suffers from ptsd tai and other mental and physical disabilities on 6/27/2016 he had a black out and assaulted me and rain out of the house with a gun the police have him in pima county and refuse to let me send him his med i need help figuring this out his bail is at 100000 and now dos is trying to remove the kids from my home I have several character witness to vouch for my family this was an isolated incident and my family needs help

What can someone do if a person is holding personal items at theor home? This someone moved in there for a shirt time and moved out and can't get the rest of their things. The person is either hiding them or just won't give them back. What can be done to get them back? Please let me know asap.

My ex-girlfriend that lives in Colorado is claiming that I am the father of her 4yr old and asking for money. If he is mine want to give her money for the child but I also want to be able to see him. He was born in Texas and my name is not on the birth certificate. Can I file for a paternity test here in Arizona where I live? Or do I have to file for one in Colorado where the baby and mother live? Or do I have to file for the paternity test in Texas where the child was born?
