  • My husband and I need to change executors of our will due to health issues of our first choice of executor and due to carelessness of second choice person. Our will was done in Northern Nevada in 2007, we moved to Arizona in December of 2017. We would like to know if we can get help with this issue due to our lo-income and my husband's health.   • I have already signed my leasing agreement. On the day of move in i was given a different move in fee without being notified before hand. I was not allowed to move in unless i paid that fee which was not apart of my leasing agreement. Is that a breach of leasing agreement? Should I haven still been able to move in that day?

Can she request the sheriff's Dept., to give her an extention, until she can find a place to say, and to put her belongings somewhere else? And if so... how long can the extention be, at most?   • I have rented this home for 7 months and during that entire time this house has had sewer cockroaches. Landlord has tried everything but they are still everywhere, especially in the kitchen, on counter tops, stove, cabinets and many other places.I want to break lease based on these conditions. Is this possible? Sewer roaches (American) carry numerous germs that can affect humans and pet health via diseases. What are my rights based on this situation? Can you please help me?
